国家卫生计生委日前发出通知，决定成立大型医用设备管理咨询专家委员会。目前，大型医用设备管理咨询专家委员会已经成立。并实施《大型医用设备管理咨询专家管理办法》。按照《办法》，国家卫生计生委在制定大型医用设备管理政策、编制配置规划、开展配置评估等工作中实行专家咨询制度。
据介绍，大型医用设备是指列入国务院卫生行政部门管理品目的医用设备，以及尚未列入管理品目、省级区域内首次配置的整套单价在500万元人民币以上的医用设备。配置大型医用设备必须适合我国国情、符合区域卫生规划原则，充分兼顾技术的先进性、适宜性和可及性。国家卫生计生委制定《大型医用设备管理咨询专家管理办法》，旨在加强大型医用设备管理，切实发挥专家决策咨询作用，促进管理规范化、科学化、精细化。
《办法》所称的专家，是指受国家卫生计生委委托，以独立身份参与大型医用设备管理咨询工作的放射影像学、放射肿瘤治疗学、核医学、医学工程学、卫生管理学等相关领域人员。
